General Workouts
Woodall’s Fitness Studio provides a number of different workout regimens for various purposes. Your goals actually dictate how your specialized routines will be created. The first step is coming in for a complimentary workout to see how your personalized training program would actually work for you.
Woodall’s Fitness Studio does not sell memberships. There are no long-term contracts or commitments unless a group or individual wants to add that to their personal training. Any individual or group that is interested in personal fitness training can schedule a complimentary appointment! This session is designed for new clients to “test drive” the facility and experience what it is like to have a personal trainer go through the exercises with you. More on general workouts…
Kettlebell Routines
Training with kettlebells can make you functionally strong from your head to your feet.In other words, they don’t just create muscles for show; they create muscles for action. They can increase your flexibility and give you the ultimate cardio workout. They can even help rehabilitate your body from old injuries. The best thing about kettlebells is that they make training fun.
Kettlebell Workshop
Two workshops were recently held to introduce folks to kettlebell training routines. The workshops were held on consecutive Saturdays in October.
