My name is Sharita Jarvis. I am very excited to be the new Massage Therapist at Woodall's Fitness Studio.

I graduated from Miller-Motte College in 2008 with over 900 hours of training. Polarity, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot stones, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage were some of the modalities I learned. I am also a level I Reiki Practitioner. I am licensed by the state of North Carolina and I am also Nationally certified. I offer a customized massage session that is tailored to the needs of every client.

When I am not giving a massage I enjoy reading, spending time with family, cake decorating and playing laser tag.
