General Workout Programs

Woodall's Fitness Training provides a number of different workout regimens for various purposes. Your goals actually dictate how your specialized routines will be created. The first step is coming in for a complimentary workout to see how your personalized training program would actually work for you.

Let Woodall's help you get ready for your favorite sport!Woodall’s Fitness Training does not sell memberships. There are no long-term contracts or commitments unless a group or individual wants to add that to their personal training. Any individual or group that is interested in personal fitness training can schedule a complimentary appointment! This session is designed for new clients to “test drive” the facility and experience what it is like to have a personal trainer go through the exercises with you.

As long as the client trains with WFT for a minimum 1 day per week, that client has access to the facility for the rest of that week. No additional charge! Guests of any current client can exercise for free on the cardiovascular equipment. This past holiday season WFT had a client’s family visit from out of town and they asked if their family could come in and workout. I said yes! WFT will not deny exercise or physical fitness to anyone! As long as that client is currently working with WFT, their family or friends interested in working out can come in for free and exercise on the cardiovascular equipment; at their own risk of course.


About WFT Programs

Some people have general fitness goals whereas others are specifically geared towards a particular result. The needs of someone trying to shave a few points off their golf score are considerably different than those of someone working towards securing a scholarship on a college basketball team. WFT can handle any need with professional experience and find the most effective workout regimen for you.

Basic Training Information

  • After initial assessment and gathering necessary medical information an individualized program will be designed to meet your goal-specific needs.
  • WFT will meet you at your home, place of business, local gym or our new facility at a scheduled time according to your preferences.
  • Each training session is scheduled for one hour.
  • Your personal trainer will start by discussing your progress for the previous week and answer any questions that you may have regarding your training.
  • Workout using a variety of equipment and exercises designed specifically for you. Several varying exercises are used to target groups of muscles while maintaining client enthusiasm.
  • Your personal trainer will provide information and guidance for any activities that you may wish to perform before the next scheduled workout.
  • You may schedule up to five sessions per week depending on your individual training program.

The key to any successful fitness program is consistency!
