			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spring is in the air!  Can you feel it?!  I can and I&#8217;m very excited for this time of year!</p>
<p>Today I am going to share with you &#8220;5&#8243; quick and easy tweaks that will help reignite your focus, passion, and dedication to your workout routines.</p>
<p>Feel free to experiment with any of the Fab 5 when you are bored and incorporate the ones you like best into your current routine to help you get the results you are looking for <img src='http://www.woodallsfitness.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>1) Try any exercise you are currently doing on one leg:</p>
<p>By doing any of your exercises on one leg you are activating new muscles<br />
that you probably haven&#8217;t used in quite some time. This will add new<br />
variety, and even increase the intensity of an exercise that has become<br />
boring. Try it, you will love it <img src='http://www.woodallsfitness.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2) Reverse the order of your current exercise routine:</p>
<p>If you normally do your workouts the same way every single time, add some<br />
spice to your workouts by reversing the order that you normally would<br />
do your exercises in. By doing this you will stimulate your body in a new way, and allow your body to step out of its comfort zone and bring you more results.</p>
<p>3) Compete Against The Clock:</p>
<p>Instead of doing traditional sets and reps, try doing your normal exercises<br />
in a circuit fashion by racing against the clock.</p>
<p>Start out by alternating between 30 seconds on , and 30 seconds off for each exercise and try to beat your score for the number of reps you do in each round for each circuit.</p>
<p>4) Take Your Workout Routine Outdoors:</p>
<p>There is nothing like feeling the wind blow through your hair while you are working out. Being active in nature is one of the best ways to reignite your old boring workout routine. Try this, and watch your motivation for working out instantly increase.</p>
<p>5) Train With A Partner:</p>
<p>One of the best ways to stay motivated when you are bored with your exercise routine is to find a training partner. By training with someone, you can gauge each others workout intensity and challenge each other in a way you would never be able to do on your own. Trust me you will love it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;I have been going to Woodall&#8217;s now for about 5 months now and the experience has been fantastic.  I had been looking for a personal trainer for awhile to both encourage and help push me through my low points.  I have been to several gyms elsewhere and have gotten bored with the standard treadmill/weight lift grind that their trainers use and was looking for something different on the web when I found Woodall&#8217;s.  What drew me here is that the workouts sounded like a combination of Army bootcamp drills and other activities that worked the body as a whole rather than concentrating on one area or another.</p>
<p>These past five months have seen me noticeably gain in strength and has been an exceptional stress reliever for me.  There is nothing better than slamming a tire with a sledgehammer for anger management.  James, Amy, and Barbie are a great team and I have nothing but high praise for their help and support in getting the most out of myself that I can.  I am glad that I chose to come here, and look forward each week to every bootcamp or training session I can attend.  Not just for the exercise, but also for the camaraderie that comes with the Woodall team and the great group of folks that share the pain at each bootcamp.&#8221;</p>

<p>Thank you for working with our son, Trenton. The results of the initial three months training period are in and the improvements are impressive. We asked that you design and manage a training regimen for Trenton (a fifteen-year-old) that would address his strength, endurance, speed, and total body agility. We could not be more pleased with Trenton&#8217;s progress. We have observed the following measureable improvements:<br />
Trenton&#8217;s speed over 60 yards has improved by more than one second;<br />
Trenton&#8217;s baseball hitting distance has increased by 20 to 30 feet and he is hitting with more power to the gaps in the outfield;<br />
Trenton can now maintain year-round the stamina and endurance that he needs to wrestle and play football;<br />
Trenton&#8217;s improved mobility and flexibility as a catcher have significantly improved.</p>
<p>Probably just as important as these improvements, is the new attitude that Trenton has adopted toward a workout program. Your varied approach to exercise routines and new activities (boxing, ring workouts, biking and Bowflex) have created an enjoyable workout period which defeats the boredom of working out by himself for Trenton. Finally, the fact that you come to our home for the workouts surely beats transporting a teenager to a gym or fitness center for regular exercise programs.</p>
<p>Again, thank you for the first three months of work with our son. We look forward to continuing these programs throughout the school year and into next year.</p>
